Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from and to

Orders are dispatched from our store in Haridwar, Uttarakhand and delivered to serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product or checkout page to check delivery to your area.

2. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

3. Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders placed before our daily cut-off (3:00 PM, working days) are normally dispatched the same or next working day.
• The estimated delivery date shown at order confirmation is usually about 5 days; remote areas can take longer.
• You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may lead us to switch off COD for that address.

5. Delivery attempts and wrong addresses

The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number or refusal, it returns to us, and we will contact you to re-ship (extra shipping may apply) or cancel (refund after deducting any non-refundable charges already incurred).

6. Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours at care@sagona.in with photos and we will replace or refund it. See also our Returns page.
