1. About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or buy from sagona.in or the Sagona app, operated by Sagona Retail Pvt. Ltd., Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India ("Sagona", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders and acceptance

• An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or the address cannot be served) and will refund any amount already paid.
• You must give a correct name, phone number, email and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong details.

3. Prices and tax

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The GST amount is shown as part of the price, not added on top.
• Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above; otherwise a flat ₹99 is charged. The total is shown before you place the order.

4. Payment

• You can pay online (cards, UPI and other methods offered at checkout, processed by Razorpay) or by Cash on Delivery where available.
• We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are described on our Returns page: within 7 days of delivery, for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (or by agreed alternative for Cash on Delivery orders) after the item passes a quality check.

6. Product information

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and minor variations can occur. Size guidance, including AI size suggestions, is advisory only.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Orders placed as a guest may create an account linked to your email or phone number so you can track the order.

8. Intellectual property

The Sagona name, logo, photographs and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you live.

11. Grievances and contact

For complaints or questions, email care@sagona.in or message us on WhatsApp (+91 90996 90446). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
