We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, email us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. You can check estimated delivery time on any product page by entering your pincode. We ship across India via our courier partners.

Our sizes are based on the child's age: 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, 1–2Y, 2–3Y, 3–4Y, 4–5Y, 5–6Y, 6–7Y, 7–8Y. Each product page shows a detailed size guide. When in doubt, size up — kids grow fast!

If your payment was deducted but you didn't receive an order confirmation, wait 30 minutes and check your email (including spam). If the order still doesn't appear, contact us with your payment reference ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours. No double charge will occur.

Yes, COD is available at most pincodes in India. Check availability on the product page using the delivery checker. COD orders have a maximum order value of ₹5,000.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also view live order status by logging in to your account and going to My Orders.
